Sticky Honey-Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients: pasture-raised chicken drumsticks, 1 Tbsp oil, kosher salt, black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.

Directions: Heat oven to 425°F. Season drumsticks with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast until nearly cooked through. Stir honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar together, brush over the drumsticks, and return to the oven until glazed, browned, and fully cooked.

Ranch Tip: Add the glaze near the end so the honey caramelizes without burning.
