Ranch Kitchen: Dorper Lamb Burgers

Herbed Dorper Lamb Burgers

Ingredients: Dorper lamb burger patties, kosher salt, black pepper, 1 tsp dried oregano, sliced red onion, feta or your favorite cheese, lettuce, tomato, toasted buns, and a simple yogurt-herb sauce if desired.

Directions: Season patties just before cooking. Grill or sear over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Rest briefly, then serve on toasted buns with red onion, cheese, greens, tomato, and sauce.
