Ranch Recipe: Meishan Tenderloin
Garlic-Rosemary Meishan Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients: 1 Meishan pork tenderloin, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 Tbsp butter.
Directions: Heat oven to 400°F. Pat tenderloin dry and season with oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Sear in an oven-safe skillet until browned on all sides, then transfer to the oven and roast until cooked through. Rest before slicing and finish with butter and the skillet juices.
