Pan-Seared Meishan Tenderloin Medallions
Ingredients: Meishan pork tenderloin medallions, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/3 cup chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
