    Processing fees cover:

    • Transportation to the processor

    • Cutting and wrapping

    • Vacuum sealing and labeling

    • Freezer-ready packaging

    • Standard processing services

    Processing fees vary based on the package purchased:

    • Quarter Hog – Processing Fee Added at Checkout

    • Half Hog – Processing Fee Added at Checkout

    • Whole Hog – Processing Fee Added at Checkout

    Any optional specialty services requested by the customer, such as smoked products, cured meats, specialty sausage blends, additional packaging requests, or custom processing instructions, may incur additional charges from the processor.

    Your final order includes premium pasture-raised Meishan pork professionally processed, packaged, and prepared for your freezer, making it easy to enjoy farm-to-table quality with confidence.

    This works especially well for an online store because you can create a separate "Processing Fee" product for Quarter, Half, and Whole Hog packages and require it to be added to the cart with the hog purchase.
